Time-Dependent AUC Metric

Computes the time-dependent AUC for survival analysis.

Usage

timeDependentAUCMetric(auxData, predicted)

Arguments

auxData

The true survival times and event indicators.

predicted

The predicted survival times.

Value

The time-dependent AUC.
