Print a cell-type gating tree

Usage

print_celltype_tree(node, indent = "")

Arguments

node

A gating tree (node or leaf) produced by [build_fullcoverage_tree()].

indent

String used internally for indentation during recursive printing.

Value

Invisibly returns `NULL`.

Examples
